Complete Northlake Boulevard improvements from State Road 7 to Bee Line Highway to improve traffic flow and safety.
Build more east-west roads between Northlake Boulevard and Okeechobee Boulevard as western communities continue to grow.
Resurface unsafe roads, repair potholes, and prioritize rural and Glades communities that have been ignored.
Improve dangerous intersections with turn lanes, traffic signals, better lighting, pedestrian crossings, and roundabouts where appropriate.

Support responsible accessory dwelling units for seniors, adult children, caregivers, and workforce employees while protecting neighborhood character.
Provide down-payment assistance for qualified first-time homebuyers and working families.
Partner with private businesses and nonprofit organizations to increase affordable and workforce housing without placing the entire burden on taxpayers.
